The Noel English High School Akola – State Board

A very successful programme on ‘World Food Day ’ was held on 26th October 2018 . All were very excited about this auspicious day . With the host of the programme , Gungun Borkar , there were many skits , slides , games and dramas . The programme began with an emotional scene of a boy stealing roti because his mother was hungry and then all of a sudden began the emotional video of hungry poor kids . This was followed by skits and games . The programme ended with fits of laughter as the players made funny and weird faces while playing ‘Nutri Test’ . After all practicing , 7th std. students were able to convey the message of ‘Zero Hunger By 2030 ’ and ‘Never Waste Food ’.

Chocolate Day Celebration “When we don’t have words, chocolate can Speak Volumes.” Chocolate day was celebrated on 23rd September 2018 at Noel school, Akola This event was Celebrated by the students of 3rd Topaz with merry and joy . Chocolate day is everyone’s favorite day as every – one likes to get and gift a bunch of chocolates to their loved ones. The Programme began with giving the Chocolate day wishes by the to students. Teachers showed them a PPT of Chocolate day wishes. For Making the day memorable, students presented one dance in front of the Primary section. The student of 3rd ( Topaz) Mast. Ayush Tathe gave speech on “Importance of Chocolates” in front of the students. The Programme ended with a PPT on ‘ journey of chocolate ‘ showed by The Class Teacher of Class 3 Topaz

Daughters are always special because they are the indication of charm, beauty and happiness in this world. Hence Noel School organized a session on 3rd October, 2018 in collaboration with ‘Gavyam Social Welfare Society’ to spread the hygienic awareness among its loving daughters. The Session was head started in the presence of the Principal, Mrs. Arpana Dongre and Dr. Kalpana Kale gave guidance to the girls from Class 7 to 9 of State Board and CBSE Board. While interacting with the audience, Dr. Kale said, “Using sanitary napkins is the best alternative during menstrual.” She further advised to have proper disposal of the used napkins in order to maintain healthy environment and good health. Mrs. Arpana Dongre Madam stated that the sanitary napkin vending machines have been made available in the school in girls’ toilets and in case of emergency a pad can be obtained through this vending machine at a nominal cost of Rs. 5/- per pad. Dr. K.A. Sharma, President of Gavyan Social Welfare Society, Mr. Dhananjay Mishra, Secretary of Yuva Rashtraseva Sangh and Dr. Mohasin Khureshi, President of Kureshi Foundation were also present for this programme. The programme was hosted by Sanjeevani Jadhao Teacher. The session came to an end with a happy note – ‘Prevention is better than cure’.

SSC – IMPORTANT STEP TOWARDS SUCCESS 3rd October , 2018 , Noel School , Akola SSC is the biggest milestone in a student’s life and then only he can discover new avenues in his life . But if the efficiency of a child is not optimized and if true potential is not recognized then the student could not get proper output , which he desires . So , to motivate and guide students for the preparation of their SSC exams a seminar was conducted in Noel School by ‘Sakal’ a leading newspaper group . The program began with the welcoming of guests and dignitaries . The most revered guests were Dr. Narendra Rathi – Child specialist , Smile hospital , Mr. Sandeep Bharmbhe – Editor of Sakal , Akola Edition , Mr. Dilip Bibe – Educational Counsellor , Santosh Jumde – Manger of Sakal along with the honourable Principals Mrs. Arpana Dongre and Mr. Anosh Manwar . Dr. Narendra Rathi highlighted some medical aspects of relaxation to study well . He emphasized about diet , sleep , stress management and parental guidance to relax the minds of the students . He also explained about the medical state like dyslexia . Then the students were addressed by Mr. Bibe and were told about the methodologies to study and prepare for SSC board exam within the remaining short span of 5 months time . The students along with parents were made aware about the evens and odds to be taken into consideration while preparing for exams .The programme was anchored by Miss . Divya Katariya and ended with the Principal’s address and vote of thanks on a happy note .

GANDHI JAYANTI CELEBRTION IN NOEL SCHOOL 3rd October , 2018 , Noel School , Akola Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated in Noel school with a great zeal and enthusiasm . Considered as third national festival , it was commemorated by the students of std. 10th . The program began with the welcoming of the dignitaries and guests . School’s Principal , Mrs. Arpana Dongre , presided over the program . Many performances were presented by the students , highlighting the importance of Gandhian principles in today’s era . Amongst all , the highlighted performance of the event was the skit based on relevance of Gandhian principles in today’s world and the dire need to adopt these principles , Moreover , speeches and songs were presented by the students . A tribute was also given to Lal Bahadur Shashtri as it was his birth anniversary . The program was wrapped up with the Principal’s address to the students about importance of cleanliness and principles to be followed in today’s era which was the vision of Gandhiji .

काव्य लेखन स्पर्धचा बक्षीस वितरण व मार्गदर्शन कार्यशाळा दि. 28-09-2018 रोजी नोएल स्कुलमध्ये काव्यलेखन स्पर्धेचा बक्षीस वितरण समारंभ पार पडला व त्याच बरोबर मुलांना मार्गदर्शन सुदधा करण्यात आले कार्यक्रमाच्या अध्यक्षस्थानी शाळेच्या मुख्याध्यापिका सौ. अर्पणा डोंगरे मॅडम होत्या तर प्रमुख मार्गदर्शक म्हणून श्री अमोल गोंडचवर सर लाभले होते श्री रोहित हिवरकर सर यांच्या मार्गदर्शनात घेण्यात आलेल्या काव्यलेखन स्पर्धेत इयत्ता 4 थी ते इयत्ता 10 च्या एकुण 60 विद्यार्थ्यांनी सहभाग नोंदवला होता, त्यामध्ये प्रथम क्रमांक इयत्ता 4 थी चा विद्यार्थी स्वराज बहाकर तर व्दितीय धनश्री बिड़कर तर तृतीय क्रमांक यश विभुते यांनी पटकावला तर प्रोत्साहनपर बक्षीस कुलदिप पाटकर यांने पटकावला विजेत्यांना मान्यवराच्या हस्ते प्रमाणपत्र व पदक देऊन सन्मानीत करण्यात आले काव्यलेखन कसे करावे या संदर्भात प्रमुख मार्गदर्शक असलेले अमोल गोंडचवर सर यांनी मुलांना मार्गदर्शन केले कार्यक्रमांचे सूत्रसंचालन श्री रोहित हिवरकर सर यांनी केले कार्यक्रमांच्या यशस्वीतेसाठी सर्व शिक्षक वृंद व कर्मचाऱ्यांचे सहकार्य लाभले एकदंरीत कार्यक्रमाला मुलांचा उर्त्स्फुत प्रतिसाद मिळाला.

INTER SCHOOL QUIZ COMPETITION INNER WHEEL CLUB , AKOLA NORTH Inner wheel club of Akola North had organized an Inter School Quiz Competition on Tuesday 25 . It was held at Holy Cross Convent , Akola . 10 renouned schools of Akola had participated and 3 schools grabbed the prizes . Three classes of each school 7th , 8th and 9th std. had participated in one team . The programme started with the enlightening of lamp by the principal of Holy Cross Convent , Mrs. Nita Fernadis , Vice President of IWC Akola North , Mrs. Vaijanti Pathak , POC Aasha Maliwal , Club Chairman , Mrs. Padma Goenka . On the occasion , Mrs . Nita Fernadis shared her views and encouraged the students . The competition started with a whirl of rounds . MCQ’s , simple , Rapid fire , Buzzer , Audio Visual and what not ! . All the end of the quiz , Education Minister , Mr. Prakash Mukund , the Chief guest shared his views and asked students to concentrate on UPSC , MPSC exams . And at the last , they announced the result of the competition . 1st Prize had been grabbed by Podar International with cas prize 3300 shield , certificates and medals . 2nd Prize had been grabbed by Prabhat kids with cash prize of 2400 , shield certificates and medals . 3rd Prize had been grabbed by Noel English High School with cash prize of 2100 , shield , certificates and medals .Along with these winning schools , there were Emerald heights , School of Scholars , Khandelwal Dnyanmandir , RDG Public school , Hindu Dnyanpeeth , Mount Carmel , Holycross Convent . To every child were given food , juice and cookies by Anand restaurant wok’n grill .This whole competition was organized digitally . To make the competition successful , there were many hands .On this occasion , the teachers , sirs as well as parents were in their high spirits .

(STATE BOARDCLASS 1 T0 5) हिंदी दिवस समारोह हर वर्ष की तरह इस वर्ष भी 14 सिंतबर 2018 को नोएल स्कूल में बड़े ही जल्लोष के साथ हिंदी दिवस मनाया गया । इस कार्यक्रम की शुरुवात दीप प्रज्जवलन से माननीय प्रधानाचार्या अर्पणा डोंगरे मॅडम ने किया । विभिन्न कक्षा की छात्राओं ने हिंदी नृत्य प्रस्तुत किए । कक्षा 3 री के छात्रों ने हिंदी का महत्व दर्शाते हुए गीत गाए । कक्षा 1 ली के छात्रों ने हिंदी गीत पर नृत्य प्रस्तुत किया । इसके बाद कक्षा 4 थी के छात्रों ने प्रश्न मंजूषा का आयोजन किया था , जिसमें छात्रों ने उत्साह से भाग लिया । कक्षा 5 वी के छात्राओं ने हिंदी पथनाटय प्रस्तुत किया । कार्यक्रम के अंत में माननीय प्रधानाचार्या अर्पणा डोंगरे मॅडम ने छात्रों को प्रोत्साहित करते हुए राष्ट्रभाषा का महत्व बताया इस प्रकार नोएल स्कूल में हिंदी दिवस बड़े उत्साह से मनाया गया।
